The national headquarters of the Swiss Red Cross in Bern, together with several cantonal Red Cross associations, has built a modern CRM platform. This supports central processes of our service delivery and facilitates collaboration.
For the ongoing operation and further development of the CRM modules, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as Product Owner CRM to start immediately or by arrangement. The position is initially limited to two years, with the possibility of later permanent employment.
In this role, you are the central contact person for our CRM platform and actively shape its further development:
What you can achieve
- You take responsibility for the further development of the Salesforce-based CRM platform in close collaboration with various stakeholders
- You analyze user needs and business requirements and derive concrete features with clear priorities
- You regularly conduct business analyses to understand processes, data flows, and dependencies and identify development potentials
- You support the harmonization and further development of processes across multiple organizational units and ensure that the CRM functions optimally support service delivery
- You maintain and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- You work closely with internal and external development teams, from implementing new functionalities to ensuring ongoing operations
- You accompany the entire feature lifecycle, from requirements through development and testing to successful rollout in the organization
- You actively engage with users from all organizational units and see yourself as a link between technology and practice, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring good acceptance of new functions
What you bring
- A completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in the CRM environment; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Experience in business analysis and a good understanding of business processes, data flows, and service delivery
- Ability to clearly capture requirements as well as analyze and further develop processes
- Strong communication skills (including clear communication of technical content to different stakeholders), empathy, and a solution-oriented working style
- Good knowledge of agile methods and tools
- Very good German and good English skills; French is a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland and work at other SRC locations
