On behalf of one of our clients, a home care organisation recognised for its excellence and human commitment in the canton of Vaud, we are actively seeking several Home Care Health Assistants.
Home Care Health Assistant (M/F)
Your main duties
At the heart of the Vaud health network, you work independently to ensure the well-being and comfort of a varied patient group:
Basic care: Assistance with hygiene (shower, washing), dressing and patient comfort.
Support: Assistance with mobilisation, transfers and support during meals.
Monitoring: Observation of the patient’s general condition and immediate communication of information to the referring nurse.
Autonomy: Management of your rounds and updating of care records.
Your profile
Holder of a Red Cross health assistant diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience.
Driving licence and vehicle.
- Fluency in French.
Empathetic, punctual and with a strong sense of listening.
