On behalf of one of our clients, a home care organisation recognised for its excellence and human commitment in the canton of Vaud, we are actively seeking several Home Care Health Assistants.

Home Care Health Assistant (M/F)

Your main duties

At the heart of the Vaud health network, you work independently to ensure the well-being and comfort of a varied patient group:

• Basic care: Assistance with hygiene (shower, washing), dressing, and patient comfort.

• Support: Assistance with mobilisation, transfers, and support during meals.

• Monitoring: Observation of the patient’s general condition and immediate communication of information to the referring nurse.

• Autonomy: Management of your rounds and updating care records.
  
  

Your profile

• Holder of a Red Cross Health Assistant diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience.

• Driving licence and vehicle.

• Proficiency in the French language.

• Empathetic, punctual, and possessing strong listening skills.
