• Individually care for and support residents
• Provide support in challenging situations
• Manage and evaluate care and support processes
• Strengthen and promote the self-efficacy of our residents
• Create meaningful living spaces
• Accompany and empower residents in accordance with the UN-CRPD
• Take on daily responsibility in the residential area
• Individual assessment and classification according to BESA

What you bring

• Completed training as a nurse HF or FH
• Humour and composure
• Calm and professional conduct in challenging situations
• Strong communication skills
• A large dose of openness and creativity for new ideas and perspectives
