We are looking for a temporary maternity cover with the option of permanent employment from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, for six months for a
Support Employee (m/f/d)
Workload: 60-80 %

What to expect
- After the six months, there is the possibility of continued employment with a workload of 40–60 %.
- You give the correspondence and printed materials of the office the final linguistic, formal, and stylistic touch.
- You answer the phone and process incoming mail together with the support team.
- You organize events administratively in cooperation with the specialist departments.
- You support the specialist departments in processing project applications.
- You manage the office's website.
- You manage electronic administrative tools (such as address or business directories).
What distinguishes you
- You have completed commercial training, preferably with a vocational baccalaureate.
- You bring at least five years of professional experience in the commercial field, ideally in public administration.
- Flawless German spoken and written completes your profile.
- You have very good knowledge of common IT programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and IT affinity.
- You are familiar with CMS programs (Adobe Experience Manager or similar).
