Completed training in the insurance industry (dipl. financial advisor IAF or federal financial planner)
Leadership and high motivation to lead financial advisors to success while also acting as a role model in sales
Enthusiastic, winning personality with strong sales and social skills
High willingness to perform with a goal-oriented and well-organized work style
Communication skills combined with negotiation skills and high customer orientation
