As part of a mandate in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a: Technical Concierge 

Your tasks:

• Waste management, including the disposal of hazardous materials
• Performing pest control tasks
• Independently executing inspection tasks 
• Managing maintenance and upkeep activities
• Handling various requests and minor repairs
• Daily processing of work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
• Monitoring and supporting the execution of work by contracted companies
• Proposing and implementing appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
• Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc…)
• Managing small repair projects
• Independently carrying out assigned tasks in compliance with existing standards, guidelines, and processes

Your profile:

• Vocational training as an operations agent, maintenance technician, building technology, or equivalent qualification
• You have several years of experience in a similar role
• Comfortable with safety standards
• Very good command of spoken and written French
• Excellent presentation, flexible, client-oriented
• Independent and developed team spirit
• Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office)
