GRAVIS develops and supplies high-quality products for load transfer in reinforced concrete construction. The company was founded on 21 August 2023. Three months later, commercial activities began. Despite its young history, the company does not lack experience. The heart of GRAVIS is its employees who together bring several decades of experience in the construction sector in Switzerland. The GRAVIS product range includes GRAVINOX stainless steel reinforcement and anchors, GRAVITEC shear force transfer studs, and GRAVIDUR shear and punching reinforcement. We also develop special solutions according to the specific requirements and needs of the project.

Internal Sales Service Employee (80 - 100 %)

What you can make happen

• Telephone advice and customer service, from the offer to complete order processing
• Calculation and offers, including verification of technical feasibility and order follow-up regarding quality and deadlines
• Communication and coordination of project follow-up with the external service
• Handling complaints, including preparing a report and a credit note
• Intermediary between the customer and internal departments such as AVOR, logistics, engineering, external sales

What you bring

• Basic technical training with a commercial flair or basic commercial training with technical knowledge
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
• Initiative and independent working method
• Strong customer service orientation and concern for quality
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of German (spoken and written)

• Ideally, knowledge of another foreign language (Italian)
