Your Perspective with Us:
- You ensure the correct checking, processing and validation of documents, invoices and payment orders
- From digitisation through system-based processing to archiving, you guarantee an efficient and compliant document process
- As the interface between customer advisory and back office, you clarify queries and support smooth collaboration
- You actively participate in operational logistics business (including courier services etc.) and contribute to the continuous optimisation of processes
Your Education and Experience:
- Completed vocational training, preferably in banking
- High IT affinity with very good MS Office user skills
- Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
- Team-oriented, motivated personality with a careful working style
- Willingness to work special shifts
- Driving licence B
