You want to actively shape the future of the Institutionals and Multinationals division at Zürcher Kantonalbank and effectively drive change processes. In this role, you work in a progressive environment with high visibility directly alongside the Head of Staff and significantly influence strategic initiatives of the business unit. Together with colleagues from the Institutionals and Multinationals division, you help shape the bank of tomorrow – right in the heart of Zurich.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting key change and transformation projects in the Institutionals and Multinationals business unit
- Supporting the Head of Staff and the Head of the business unit in complex strategic issues and taking over the management of selected projects
- Providing leadership support in strategy, communication, and organisational matters, identifying optimisation potential and driving implementation to completion
- Preparing decision-making bases for management and creating persuasive documents for committees
- Coordinating and handling risk topics in the areas of audit, compliance, and operational risk
- Planning and implementing communication at the business unit level and organising events and leadership forums
- Identifying procedural optimisation opportunities within the organisation and implementing the associated measures
- Representing the business unit and its areas in project and steering committees and ensuring the interests of Institutionals and Multinationals
Your Profile
- Completed studies at university of applied sciences or university level, ideally in economics
- Proven background in strategy consulting
- At least 10 years of experience in professional management of complex projects and/or a staff function in the banking environment
- In-depth knowledge of the value chains trading and investing, financing as well as custody and infrastructure topics is a plus
- You excel at bringing complex projects to a structured conclusion, think strategically, networked and innovatively, and create convincing management presentations (especially in PowerPoint) for the leadership committee of the Institutionals and Multinationals business unit and the executive management
- Very good communication skills in German and English
