What you can achieve
- Handling the entire administration and organisation including correspondence, appointment coordination as well as updating and managing patient documentation
- Planning and organising outpatient examination appointments
- Counter and telephone service
- Patient reception and admission including master data maintenance
- Information and support of patients during the treatment process
- Checking the accuracy of service recording and initiating measures for any corrections
What you bring with you
- Completed 3-year vocational training in healthcare
- Very good oral and written expression in German as well as good oral English and French skills required
- Very good IT skills, experience with SAP an advantage
- Strong service orientation and quick comprehension
- Friendliness and discretion in dealing with patients
