Your Tasks
- Conducting and recording needs assessments with clients and relatives
- Ensuring the nursing process
- Performing basic and treatment care for clients
- Supporting the nursing management in introducing and guiding new employees
- Quality assurance through staff supervision
- Ensuring the flow of information with external partners (doctors, health insurers)
What You Bring
- Tertiary education as a nurse HF/FH
- InterRAI-HC training desired
- Experience in perioperative care an advantage
- You make independent and straightforward decisions
- You are flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
- Resident in the region and have your own car
