ㅤ What to expect:You love it when individual components come together to form a highly complex machine – and you know exactly what matters? You master classic mechanics, have a good sense of precision, and are also comfortable with modern HMIs?
In this exciting key role, you accompany our complex mechanical packaging machines from assembly through commissioning to successful acceptance and installation at our international customers. You combine traditional mechanical engineering know-how with modern control technology.
- You assemble complex, predominantly mechanical packaging machines and their assemblies precisely according to drawings and technical documents.
- In addition, you build mechanical drive systems with bevel gears, step shift gears, and cam discs, set them up, and coordinate their movements exactly.
- You take over the mechanical commissioning of individual components and complete machines and ensure successful customer acceptance at our site.
- You also install our machines at international customers and integrate them into their production processes.
- During customer visits, you analyse and rectify mechanical and system-wide faults and find practical solutions even under demanding conditions.
- You move confidently between classic mechanics and modern machine operation and are comfortable with HMIs and laptops, able to understand simple control relationships.
- Service, maintenance, and modernisation assignments are also part of your varied tasks.
- You have completed mechanical training and ideally have experience in assembly, construction, and commissioning of machines or systems.
- Furthermore, you impress with excellent mechanical skills and a strong understanding of classic mechanical engineering technology.
- You are confident in handling complex drive systems and can precisely adjust and optimally tune machines.
- You also read and interpret technical drawings and documentation confidently and reliably apply them in practice.
- You approach technical challenges in a structured way, analyse faults systematically, and find solutions independently.
- You work independently and flexibly, communicate confidently in English, and enjoy international assignments with a high willingness to travel (approx. 40-60%. Duration usually 1-4 weeks).
