- Your area of responsibility includes defined key accounts (including Migros, Industry/B2B as well as Food Service), which you strategically develop further.
- You play a key role in expanding business with existing and new customers, ensuring the achievement of central target figures.
- You confidently lead negotiations and prepare offers as well as well-founded forecasts and budget plans.
- Based on thorough analyses of market, customer and category management data, you develop targeted measures and open up new growth areas.
- From the initial feasibility check to successful implementation, you accompany projects and coordinate collaboration with internal interfaces.
- Through your professional support and proactive communication, you succeed in ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, you take on the leadership of a small customer service team and promote a trusting and performance-oriented collaboration.
What you bring with you
- A medium-sized environment suits your working style: you appreciate short paths, broad areas of responsibility and the opportunity to have an impact both strategically and operationally.
- The foundation of your qualification is a commercial or business administration education, ideally complemented by further training in sales, marketing or management.
- You are characterised by solid experience in key account management – experience in the consumer goods industry ideally rounds off your profile.
- You are distinguished by a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset as well as experience in developing customers and markets.
- Your confident manner and strong negotiation and communication skills convince at all levels.
- A structured, analytical and goal-oriented way of working helps you keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- Initiative, assertiveness and enjoyment in coordinating complex interfaces complete your profile.
- Very good German skills are required; additional languages are a plus.
