To complete our assembly team, we are looking for a Chief Assembler (100%)

Your tasks:

• Execution of the complete assembly according to plans and specifications
• Responsibility for the assigned assembly personnel (including temporary workers)
• Ensuring work safety, cleanliness, and order on the construction site
• Compliance with quality assurance regulations
• Responsibility for meeting final deadlines
• Responsibility for assigned vehicles, tools, and machines
• Checking and signing the work reports of temporary employees

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a metalworker or steel constructor
• 2 – 3 years of professional experience as a team leader
• Professional and personal convincing assertiveness
• Independent and well-organized working style
• High level of responsibility and cost awareness
• Team-oriented and service-minded personality
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness for special assignments
