Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)

You take over the accounting
You are responsible for accounts payable and tenant accounting
You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements
You represent the debt collection officers during their absence
You occasionally support process and IT projects
Qualifications:
You have completed an apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ or an equivalent qualification
You have a high digital affinity as well as sound knowledge of MS Office
You are solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team
You have a confident command of German
