Employee Administration & Consulting (50%)
The Red Cross emergency call with its mobile and stationary emergency call solutions offers security around the clock and enables elderly and single-living people to live independently and autonomously at home for longer.
We are looking for an Employee Administration & Consulting (50%) starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
You competently and empathetically advise our interested parties about the various emergency call solutions (by phone and in person)
You take care of our customers and ensure professional customer service
You record and maintain the contents of digital emergency call databases and handle the processing of technical reports from the emergency call center
You perform a variety of administrative and organizational tasks and work closely with your colleagues and the team management in the office
You occasionally present the Red Cross emergency call service at information events of the SRK Canton Aargau
What you bring with you
Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience
Very reliable, structured, and careful way of working
Enjoyment in contact with elderly people (by phone, in person, and by email)
Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
IT affinity and openness to digital processes
You are empathetic and appreciate a pleasant working atmosphere
