The Willisau Retirement Home offers a homely environment for elderly people who rely on professional support, care and nursing. Various living arrangements provide unique quality of life and a homely atmosphere. Over 40 apartments with services, well-maintained gastronomy, nearly 80 care and nursing places, specialised living forms, spread over two houses, Zopfmatt and Breiten.

For the Willisau Retirement Home, Zopfmatt Home, we are looking for structural changes by arrangement.

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a Hotel and Housekeeping Specialist EFZ
• Ideally, you have completed team leader training
• You have professional and leadership experience
• You have good PC skills (MS Office, PEPS)
• You have entrepreneurial thinking, are flexible and reliable
• You are a team player with pronounced social and leadership skills
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written

Your tasks:

• You lead and support the Cleaning/Laundry team Zopfmatt
• You actively participate in day-to-day business
• You perform administrative tasks and create deployment/personnel planning
• You contribute to the operational activities and help foster a positive corporate culture
• You are interested in contributing to the development and growth of our organisation
