Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor in Hearing Acoustics

Workload: 80%

Location: Aadorf

What to expect with us

• Proactive telephone contact with customers and interested parties: invitation to hearing tests, appointment scheduling and reminders, as well as appreciative follow-up.

• Active advice and support for customers as well as building and maintaining long-term relationships.

• Independent cash management and reliable completion of administrative tasks.

• Planning and maintenance of the appointment calendar (creating, rescheduling, confirming, following up).

• Correspondence with customers, ENT practices, social insurance, and suppliers.

• Cleaning and functional checks of hearing aids; performing minor services including small repairs.

• Advice and sale of suitable additional products.

• Occasional performance of hearing tests and ear mould impressions.

• Support for hearing acousticians during annual services and hearing aid checks.

• Management of the warehouse including orders, goods receipt, and inspection.
   

What you bring with you

• Ideally sales experience and advisory competence in retail, commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or comparable training with an independent working style.

• High customer and service orientation combined with pronounced empathy.

• Careful, responsible personality with a strong interest in electronic products and a high IT affinity.

• Communicative team player with motivation for continuous further education.

• Very good oral and written expression skills in German.
