Your task
As a trained professional in early childhood, you take on a central role in the holistic development of children as well as in implementing the daycare's educational concept.
You accompany the children in an environment of trust, emotional security, and openness to the world while promoting close cooperation between the team, families, and the institution.
Your main tasks
- Ensuring a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that supports the well-being of each child.
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating sustainable educational projects considering the individual needs and life rhythms of the children.
- Supporting and assisting parents as well as promoting a cooperative educational partnership based on listening, transparency, and mutual trust.
- Active participation in teamwork and continuous professional development in a multicultural environment.
- Contributing to the educational quality of the Babilou Family by exchanging best practices and collaborating with teams in one of our 10 countries as well as being part of an international early childhood community.
- Encouraging the natural curiosity of children by stimulating their desire to discover, joy in exploring, and understanding of the world.
- Strengthening the relationship with nature as a source of development, well-being, and environmental awareness.
- Supporting and embodying the core company values: passion, team spirit, and continuous learning.
Your profile
- Completed training as a Specialist in Childcare EFZ (Children) or equivalent recognized qualification.
- German or French as a mother tongue with very good knowledge of the other language.
- Sensitivity to topics around well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity.
- Recognized ability to create a safe and supportive environment for children.
- Strong social and communication skills as well as enjoyment in working with children, families, and teams.
