As a Junior Dispatcher, you will be carefully introduced to all processes and develop over several months into a full-fledged dispatcher accompanied by an experienced team.

What to expect from us

As a Junior Dispatcher, you are in the middle of the action and ensure that our orders run smoothly. No day is like the other, and that is exactly what makes it exciting:

You plan and organize customer orders as well as the associated transports
You receive and process telephone inquiries
You advise our customers, coordinate appointments, and find suitable solutions
You check daily reports and record working hours
You process and maintain orders cleanly and in the CRM system
You support personnel and resource deployment planning
You work closely with dispatchers, drivers, as well as internal and external partners
You assist with general administrative tasks

We expect from you

Completed commercial basic training or comparable education
Good PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Structured and reliable way of working
Quick comprehension and networked thinking
Enjoyment of organization, communication, and teamwork
Willingness to learn new things and take on responsibility
