We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) for Endress+Hauser Flow who enthusiastically supports our global supplier quality team with a passion for quality, supplier development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You actively shape how we continuously improve quality in our supply chain and thereby sustainably strengthen the competitiveness of our corporate group.

Then you are exactly right with us! In this exciting position, you support the global quality standard of the supply chain and work closely with colleagues from purchasing, development, and production. You report to the Head of Supply Chain Quality.

What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• be responsible for supplier development throughout the entire product lifecycle – from selection through series support to phase-out
• analyze quality issues with suppliers in series business and implement sustainable improvement measures
• evaluate the quality performance of your suppliers based on defined KPIs and identify improvement potentials

• support suppliers in the sustainable implementation of corrective and preventive measures
• define quality requirements in the purchasing process and accompany supplier qualification
• help shape global quality standards in the supply chain and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
• work closely with international locations, cross-functional teams, and external partners

What do we expect from you?

You:

• have a completed technical degree – ideally in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or comparable
• have several years of experience in quality management, preferably in an international industrial environment
• are very familiar with quality methods such as 8D, APQP, FMEA, VDA 6.3, or similar standards
• possess strong communication skills – in German and English – and present yourself confidently
• work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner – even in complex situations
• are willing to travel to accompany your suppliers on site
