Brief & concise

• Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
• Completed training as a hotel specialist or a comparable qualification in housekeeping
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in upscale hospitality
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
• Organised and economical working style
• Good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanour
• Very good English skills as the company language
• Additional German and/or French skills are highly desirable; any other language is a clear advantage
• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, demanding environment

Main tasks

• Ensuring smooth operations on the floors and supporting the housekeeping team in daily business
• Leading, instructing, and training employees as well as promoting adherence to standards and SOPs
• Checking cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Planning and organising daily workflows, duty rosters, and coverages
• Handling guest requests and complaints and ensuring high guest satisfaction
• Monitoring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines
• Coordinating repair and maintenance work in cooperation with the technical department
• Managing lost & found, inventories, and ensuring proper stock management
• Professional care of our guests and serving as a role model within the team
