Full-time Programmer Analyst (100%)

Class and annual salary (including 13th month salary):

7 73'556.-- / 116'071.--

Tasks:

• manage IT products developed in the mainframe-host environment, overseeing their evolution and maintenance throughout their entire lifecycle
• handle sensitive data in the tax domain
• manage medium complexity projects
• perform analysis, programming, and maintenance work on information systems
• manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate release management activities
• perform data extraction and processing
• assist users in their daily operational activities
• provide support and consulting to users
• ensure documentation of produced work using standard CSI tools
• conduct internal training courses

Requirements:

• education in the field of computer science (SSS, APF, EPS) or proven several years of experience in the field that certifies equivalence
• proven experience in programming in the mainframe-host environment (Mantis, PL/1, CICS, VSAM files)
• proven experience in project management and IT product management
• knowledge of the DB2 relational database system
• knowledge of official languages and English
• residence in Ticino or Moesano
• the following will be considered an advantage:
• knowledge of Java and PHP languages, and the Spring and Laravel development frameworks
• knowledge of PostgreSQL and Oracle relational database systems
• knowledge in the field of real estate appraisal
• certification or proven competence in the HERMES project management method and ITIL certification

• listening, analysis, and synthesis skills; good writing skills are required
• ability to organize their own work independently and to work in teams
• willingness to attend refresher courses

• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
