Role:
In this demanding and varied role, you report to the Head of Group Controlling and work closely with the division controllers, as well as the company managers and those responsible for controlling and finance in worldwide group companies.
Responsibilities:
- Deputising for the Head of Group Controlling
- Assisting in the preparation of consolidated monthly, half-year and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
- Assisting in the consolidation of the quarterly forecast
- Assisting in conducting the quarterly controllers webinar
- Conducting internal audits in foreign subsidiaries as a member of the Internal Group Audit team
- Quality assurance and further development of the Group Accounting Manual, group-wide calculation standards and reporting with the consolidation software Cognos Controller
- Assisting in the preparation of decision-making bases for management within project work (e.g. M&A transactions)
- Supporting the further expansion of digitalisation in Group Controlling
- Supporting the Sustainability Manager in further developing sustainability reporting
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as a certified auditor. Practical professional experience as a Group Controller is an advantage.

Your further strengths include a high degree of responsibility and integrity. You are fluent in German and English, have very good communication skills in a diverse cultural environment and are well acquainted with current MS Office tools. Basic knowledge of the financial consolidation software Cognos Controller is an advantage. Your willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5 - 10%) is expected.
