Your mission with us

• Personal advice and support for our customers when buying and selling precious metal products (coins, bars, etc.)
• Active leadership and promotion of the sales team
• Ongoing implementation of sales-promoting measures in the branch
• Acquisition of new customers as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Responsibility for correct inventories and cash closing
• Planning and continuous monitoring of relevant key figures
• Interface to the areas of trading, logistics and management

Your strengths that enrich our team

• Leadership experience in a comparable role, ideally in the financial sector or in upscale retail
• Completed training in the field of business desirable
• Enthusiasm for the financial sector as well as for precious metal products (coins, bars, etc.)
• Proactive, assertive management personality
• Sales talent with a well-groomed appearance and high stress resistance
• Numerically inclined
• Very good German and good English skills
