Manufacturing Team Leader
(Precision Mechanic/Micromechanic)
To complete its workforce.
THE POSITION:
Managing a team of several employees engaged in the production of our medical needles and subcontracted products, the team leader must adjust and maintain various jigs as well as production machines such as lathes, drills, milling machines, in order to organise the work of their
team. Furthermore, they actively participate in the development of production tooling and operating procedures. They manage the orders assigned to them by allocating the resources of their
team accordingly, to guarantee deadlines and quality levels set in agreement with the production manager. Meticulous, demanding and varied work, evolving in an ISO 13485 quality environment, this position requires the skills of a precision mechanic with a Federal VET Diploma and corresponding experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of orders assigned to the team
Management of team resources (jigs, machines, human resources)
Development of tooling (jigs, assembly tables)
Adjustment and maintenance of machine tools
REQUIREMENTS:
Federal VET Diploma as precision mechanic / micromechanic or equivalent
Sense of organisation and order
Availability: to be agreed
