Your Tasks
As a qualified nurse, you significantly contribute to ensuring the physical, social and psychological well-being of our clients in WohnenPlus (69 apartments).
In the Spitin area, you are responsible for implementing the planned care measures and initiate additional support measures if necessary. You support your team colleagues in needs assessments and act as a contact person for the doctors. Your shifts are in the mornings.

Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
