Job Description- You care for and support the residents professionally and individually.
- You accompany people with dementia empathetically and assist them in their daily lives.
- You take on daily responsibility and coordinate nursing processes on the ward.
- You are responsible for the nursing process and reliable nursing documentation.
- You carry out nursing and medical measures according to instructions.
- You work closely with the team and relatives.
- You have a qualification as a certified nurse HF/FH.
- Experience in caring for people with dementia is an advantage.
- You approach the residents with patience, empathy, and respect.
- You work independently and value teamwork.
- You have good German language skills.
