Unisto designs, produces and distributes attractive presentation items worldwide for well-known branded products and manufactures high-quality security seals. We are a long-term oriented, internationally operating family business based at Lake Constance and employ around 130 people in Horn and over 600 worldwide. We are looking for a qualified person for the position of Quality & Sustainability Manager (a) 80-100% by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for maintaining and further developing our integrated quality, occupational safety and environmental management system (QUS) according to the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Optimisation and continuous improvement of processes in collaboration with internal departments
- Support and further development of our CO2 management system as well as monitoring of emission targets
- Support and maintenance of sustainability platforms such as Ecovadis, CDP, Sedex and development of sustainability reporting
- Responding to customer enquiries in the areas of quality, sustainability and occupational safety (conformities)
- Responsibility for occupational safety and implementation of measures to comply with safety regulations according to ISO 45001 and EKAS 6501
- Conducting internal audits as well as preparation and support of external audits
- Promoting sustainability by identifying and implementing measures to improve environmental impact
- Close cooperation with management and other departments to promote an integrated management system for quality, sustainability and occupational safety
- Responsibility for fire, evacuation, burglary and first aid organisation
Your Profile
- Completed studies or comparable training in the fields of quality management, environmental management, occupational safety or related disciplines
- Several years of professional experience in quality and environmental management, ideally with sound knowledge of the relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CO2 management)
- Practical experience in occupational safety (ISO 45001) and in dealing with platforms such as Ecovadis, CDP and Sedex
- High degree of flexibility and personal responsibility
- Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and a high level of team orientation
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Confident language skills in German and English
