Become part of our team and take on a central role at the interface between technology, product management, and sales. In this versatile role, you are responsible for the technical and content-related support of our products, ensuring the quality of relevant product and master data, and supporting sales with technical know-how. In addition, you analyse and handle customer concerns in a solution-oriented manner and actively contribute to the further development of our products and processes.

Your tasks

• Strategic development and management of the product portfolio in close cooperation with sales, marketing, and external stakeholders
• Planning, organising, and conducting product workshops, technical training, and courses for internal employees as well as customers
• Technical support and coordination of certification processes
• Preparation, maintenance, and updating of price lists, product documentation, brochures, and flyers
• Design and implementation of sales support measures (technical arguments, presentations, product materials)
• Technical advice and support for the sales team and our customers on project-specific issues
• Responsibility for handling and coordinating the complaints process including root cause analysis, coordination with internal departments, and deriving sustainable improvement measures
• Ensuring the quality and currency of product and master data
• Taking on administrative and coordinating tasks in product management and technology

Your profile

• Completed technical training in the construction sector (e.g. technician HF, carpenter with further training)
• Experience in product management, technical support, or a comparable interface function in the construction industry
• Confident handling of technical documentation, standards, and tender documents
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, French and/or Italian an advantage
• Structured, independent, and practical working style with an understanding of construction site processes
• High communication and presentation skills, especially in training and workshops; strong organisational talent, implementation strength, and hands-on mentality
• Customer-oriented thinking as well as high reliability and sense of responsibility
