Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Independent management of the accounting for residential and commercial properties
- Monitoring and control of rental income and expenses
- Preparation of service charge statements
- Management of rental contracts and tenant accounts
- Preparation of evaluations and reports for management
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in accounting or real estate management
- Solid knowledge of accounting and real estate accounting
- Experience in managing rental and operating cost statements as well as in the administration of rental contracts
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
