Rental Coordinator / Head of Rental (m/f/d)

Your tasks with us

• Customer care, advice and active expansion of construction machinery rental
• Responsibility for rental turnover as well as proactive sales activities to generate new rental orders
• Coordination, organisation and economic management of the rental machinery fleet at the branch
• Active acquisition of new customers as well as continuous marketing of our services
• Preparation of offers and rental order entry on the PC as well as inventory management of rental equipment and accessories
• Close cooperation with sales and service for optimal market coverage
• Ensuring operational rental processing, in particular the issue and return of rental equipment as well as goods documentation and inspection of equipment condition on receipt and return
• Support in operational day-to-day business if required, especially in cleaning, maintenance and preparation of rental equipment

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Good technical understanding, e.g. in the field of agricultural / construction machinery, motor vehicles or electrical machines
• Strong service and cost awareness
• Communicative all-rounder with pronounced sales affinity and hands-on mentality
• High degree of initiative as well as the ability to organise yourself independently and set priorities
• Structured, responsible and reliable way of working
• Proficient in MS Office & ideally with SAP
• Willingness to attend training on new products
• At least driving licence class B
