Here you will experience plenty of action in everyday workshop life and be right in the middle when it comes to service, repair, diagnosis, and supporting apprentices.

What you will do:

• Carry out service and repairs on cars and vans with precision.
• Think along during fault finding and diagnosis – even with complex electronic systems.
• Be a technology pioneer: bring your enthusiasm for BEVs (Battery Electric Vehicles) and modern multimedia infotainment systems and continuously acquire new knowledge.
• Act as a workshop coach: together with the second coach, help apprentice mechanics and colleagues to surpass themselves and fully realise their potential.
• Support the team during the tyre season: actively assist on Saturday tyre change days during the peak season.
• Work cleanly, quickly, and with high quality – because quality matters.

What you bring:

• Completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician.
• Passion for innovation: you are enthusiastic about new technologies, especially electric mobility (BEV) and vehicle multimedia.
• Experience with Toyota or Suzuki is a plus but not essential.
• Customer orientation, teamwork skills, and a genuine willingness to learn.
• A careful, reliable working style and flexibility for Saturday shifts during the tyre season.
• Enjoyment of further training and mentoring apprentices.
