• Maintenance and upkeep of extensive green areas
• Monitoring and servicing of all technical systems, buildings (including retirement apartments Platten and Dollikon)
• Execution of maintenance and repair work
• Support in coordinating the deployment of third-party companies for maintenance, gardening, and repair work

This is what sets you apart

• Respect, reliability, and a touch of humour
• Completed training as a gardener EFZ or specialist in operational maintenance EFZ (advantageous)
• Several years of proven professional experience
• Valid driving licence category B
• Very good German and MS Office skills
• Willingness for occasional on-call assignments also on weekends/public holidays (on-call duty)
