Caritas Aargau operates Church Regional Social Services (KRSD) in the cantons of Aargau and Solothurn in a voluntary context. Our social counseling services are aimed at all people who find themselves in stressful situations and need support, e.g., when money is tight. We accompany single parents, families, and individuals seeking help. We are looking for a committed social worker for the social counseling of KRSD Mutschellen-Reusstal.

·         Voluntary and low-threshold social counseling

·         Public relations, networking, and awareness work

·         Participation in projects

·         Internship supervision

·         Internal operational tasks

You are integrated into the Caritas Aargau team and work together with employees of the church community.

·         University of applied sciences degree in social work

·         Experience in counseling

·         Very good German skills

·         Cross-cultural competencies

·         Good knowledge of the social system in the canton of Aargau is a plus

You are proactive, communicative, and able to juggle various tasks and set priorities accordingly. You bring openness and interest in working in a church environment.
