As part of long-term temporary assignments, we are looking on behalf of prestigious watchmaking manufacturers in the Geneva area for several:

WATCHMAKING OPERATORS (M/F)

Are you meticulous, possess good manual dexterity and wish to discover the world of watchmaking?

Your experience in another field could be a real asset!

We are looking for people who have developed skills in precision, meticulousness and manual dexterity, particularly in the following sectors:

• Industry: electronics, mechanics, automotive, pharmaceutical, small parts assembly

• Beauty, hairdressing, nail care or other trades requiring excellent dexterity

• Watchmaking: first experience or training as a watchmaking operator

Profile sought

• Excellent manual dexterity and ease with delicate work

• Good coordination of both hands and good visual acuity

• Ability to work precisely and follow defined procedures

• Ability to maintain a production pace while ensuring work quality

• Rigour, concentration, patience and team spirit

• Motivation to join the watchmaking sector and develop new skills
