Communicative & empathetic: You find the right tone – whether in confidential conversations, in exchange with management, or within the crew.
Structured & meticulous: You keep deadlines, documents, and processes under control and ensure efficient administration.
With an eye for the big picture: You keep existing processes running, contribute ideas where sensible, and ensure that HR functions smoothly internally.
