In this varied position, you will work together with your colleagues as part of the marketing team (consisting of editorial content, e-commerce, social media and graphics & design) and also interdisciplinarily with colleagues from sales and communications as well as the individual hotels and our international agencies.

You are responsible for the further development of the social media area and the creation and execution of the social media strategy to decisively shape the digital identity of the Tschuggen Collection.

You cooperate with a variety of people, within the team and the group, with experts throughout the company and with influencers and agencies to ensure that creative, high-quality and appealing content is produced and implemented.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE

• Creative and innovative personality with experience in content creation (including moving images)
• Training or studies in marketing with a focus on social media / digital marketing or media and communication sciences
• Several years of experience in online, digital or content marketing
• Excellent knowledge of all relevant social media channels as well as handling the Facebook Business Manager
• Experience in influencer marketing and direct exchange with influencers
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with social media tools
• Confident German and fluent English, both spoken and written
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Good time management
• Experience with corporate office structures and matrix organisations
• Easy handling of different interest groups

📄 YOUR TASKS

• Ensuring a professional social media presence across all channels (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Staging and presentation of the hotels taking into account the CI/CD as well as the social media guidelines
• Development and implementation of the social media strategy in collaboration with the Director of Marketing
• Development and implementation of campaigns (paid content) at hotel and group level in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and the digital agency
• Creating and managing campaign budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Campaign tracking and analysis in collaboration with the digital agency
• Independently creating innovative and high-quality social media content based on strategic guidelines and the company vision (photo and moving images)
• Development of monthly and annual plans (content planning) at hotel and group level in connection with the editorial content and communications departments
• Community management for all channels of the individual hotels and the group
• Planning and supervision of commissioned photoshoots and film recordings
• Development and implementation of the influencer strategy and support of influencers on site
• Support of the graphics department in the creation of communication materials (e.g. flyers, brochures, sales collaterals, Christmas cards, etc.)
• Collaboration and support of external agencies
• Regular creation of statistics and analyses
• Co-supervision of apprentices in the corporate office
• Deputising for colleagues in the corporate office in the marketing area
