Your Tasks

Building Operation and Maintenance

• You check the proper condition of the buildings and ensure smooth operation.
• You independently carry out minor repairs and maintenance work.
• You monitor technical systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical installations.
• You organise and supervise maintenance and repair work by external specialist companies.

Groundskeeping

• You maintain green areas, lawns, hedges and plantings.
• You ensure winter services and take care of snow clearance and ice control.
• You are responsible for cleaning and maintaining car parks, paths and squares.

Customer Service

• You are a competent contact person for tenants, owners, users and visitors.
• You receive fault and damage reports and process them promptly.
• You coordinate craftsmen and external service providers.
• You support events and special occasions.

Administration

• You reliably keep control and maintenance logs.
• You prepare reports and damage notifications.
• You obtain quotes and take care of material orders.
• You assist with budget and cost controls.

What You Bring

• Completed EFZ vocational training, ideally in the field of facility maintenance, caretaking or a comparable manual profession.
• Strong manual skills and enjoyment of practical work.
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style.
• Good organisational skills and sense of responsibility.
• Friendly and professional manner in dealing with tenants, customers and external partners.
• Willingness to work seasonal shifts, especially in winter services.

Your Additional Qualifications

• Reach Truck: Course completed
• Counterbalance Forklift: Driving licence available
• Aerial Work Platforms: Course completed
• Specialisation in Craftsmanship
