You ensure that our brands are visible, successful and sustainably growing in your sales area. In this role, you combine independent work in the market with consistent implementation of our sales and marketing strategies and actively contribute to the further development of our Swiss business.

Your mission:

• You independently manage your sales area and ensure that our products are optimally placed with our customers
• You specifically expand existing customer relationships and win new customers for our brands
• You consistently implement marketing and sales activities in the market and recognise trends and new opportunities early
• You observe developments in the market and derive measures to strengthen our market position
• In doing so, you manage a diverse customer portfolio (wholesale, branches of the food retail trade, department stores, kiosks, petrol stations, pharmacies and bakeries)
• At trade fairs, exhibitions and events of our trading partners, you represent our brands
• You actively participate in regional and national sales events and contribute to the team
• If necessary, you take on additional tasks and support other sales areas

You enjoy being out in the market, act independently and understand how to build and develop customer relationships sustainably. You convince with your hands-on mentality, flexibility and your instinct for opportunities in sales.

You bring the following with you:

• Commercial basic training with a focus or further training in sales
• At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, ideally in the food or FMCG sector
• Strong persuasiveness as well as a creative, flexible and independent way of working
• High personal responsibility and the ability to make decisions quickly and pragmatically
• Fluent German skills (C2 level) and good French skills are an advantage
• High willingness to travel within the Bern/Mittelland region
• Valid driving licence category B
• Good IT affinity and confident handling of digital tools
• Resident in the Bern/Mittelland region
