In our Private Banking team for the Zurich Oberland region at the Uster location, we passionately advise and support potential and existing clients in the HNWI segment on investments, financing, and pension matters. We act as experienced and competent specialists who create individual customer experiences and work closely with relevant stakeholders. For sustainable support, we are the central point of contact for all customer segments and coordinate optimal, needs-based care. Your tasks
- Advising and supporting our clients in the areas of investments, financing, and pensions
- Close collaboration with internal specialists
- Expanding existing business relationships with your own client portfolio
- Identifying and exploiting customer potential as well as developing clients into the appropriate segments
- Developing needs-oriented solutions taking into account the individual wishes, goals, and life situation of our clients
- Participating in target group-specific market development measures, especially contact campaigns, and undertaking representative tasks
Your profile
- Completed university degree in Banking & Finance (HF/FH) and preferably further training in the financial sector
- Professional experience (at least 5 years) in customer support and advisory including managing your own client portfolio
- Solid knowledge in the areas of investments, financing, and pensions
- Your trustworthy, communicative, and empathetic personality convinces across the board.
- Your strong acquisition skills with a pronounced sales flair complete your profile.
- Fluent German and very good English skills
