These are your tasks

You lead and develop the team with six HR Business Partners
You design and implement the strategy according to the HR roadmap and develop the service portfolio of the HR Business Partners in a customer-oriented manner
You are the contact person for internal customers in all matters of the employee life cycle
You design and conduct training on leadership and other HR topics and lead as well as participate in interdisciplinary projects

This is what you bring

You have completed a business administration degree with a focus on HRM or a comparable qualification
You have several years of professional experience in a leadership role in HRM and have solid knowledge of labor law
You bring very good knowledge of HR-specific applications
You are characterized by a motivating and inspiring leadership style
