- You design and implement the strategy according to the HR roadmap and develop the service portfolio of the HR Business Partners in a customer-oriented manner
- You are the contact person for internal customers in all matters of the employee life cycle
- You design and conduct training on leadership and other HR topics and lead as well as participate in interdisciplinary projects
This is what you bring
- You have completed a business administration degree with a focus on HRM or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in a leadership role in HRM and have solid knowledge of labor law
- You bring very good knowledge of HR-specific applications
- You are characterized by a motivating and inspiring leadership style
