About the job
As the person responsible for the day, you support and accompany the team through the working day and demonstrate your organisational skills. You are in direct contact with relatives, trusted persons, and other interfaces. You take responsibility for professional care and support of our residents. You help to shape the care processes in the long term. You organise your area of expertise independently, applying professional and internal standards and guidelines.
As an RAI Supervisor, you share responsibility with our RAI expert for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument. You contribute to the implementation and review of the internal interRAI LTCF process, support the care team, and help design care plans. You ensure correct and comprehensible coding. Furthermore, you monitor and analyse RAI-specific and medical quality indicators. You are also the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for audits.
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Further training as RAI Supervisor
- Modern understanding of care and high social competence
