60% Workplace Support (Agogics)
- Accompanying unemployed people in the work process
- Coordination and scheduling of work assignments
- Work preparation
- Quality control and assistance in the work
40% Participation in Daily Business
- Assisting in the storage, provision, and sale of discounted food and goods to needy and financially weak people (eligibility with shopping card)
Required Knowledge
Completed vocational training/middle school, interest and motivation in social work
Desired Knowledge
- Independent and team-oriented working style
- Social competence
- Training in the social or educational field
- Willingness to collaborate with social assistance recipients and (long-term) unemployed individuals
