For the accounting and assistance with the insured persons' administration of our company-owned pension fund, we are looking for a reliable and independent specialist who enjoys a varied range of tasks, from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Accounting: Contribution collection, independent management of the creditors and financial accounting of the pension fund
• Insurance administration: Handling of entries and exits, mutations as well as processing of payments
• Foundation board administration: Minute-taking at foundation board meetings
• General administration: Support of the managing director with administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with further education in accounting
• Professional experience in the accounting of a pension fund and knowledge of occupational benefits (BVG)
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Discretion and reliability
• Enjoyment of a varied activity in a small, manageable environment
