• You are responsible for debt collection in German and Italian or French and manage your own debt collection files
• You prepare submissions and lawsuits to courts and conciliation authorities in a legally impeccable manner
• You post fee invoices
• You maintain documentation and reporting
• You write correspondence with offices and authorities
• You support the branches in all debt collection relevant matters
• You participate in projects and process improvements within the department

• You have a commercial basic education and ideally further business management training (HF or similar)
• You bring several years of professional experience in debt enforcement and bankruptcy law (SchKG) as well as ideally in tenancy (OR) and civil procedure law (ZPO)
• Your mother tongue is German and you can communicate well in Italian or French (level B1)
• You have self-learning competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
• You have an affinity for digitalisation, can apply new technologies and are open to new things
