Your area of responsibility

As a customer service technician, you will carry out maintenance, repair, and refurbishment work on automatic door and gate systems
You will be responsible for independent deployment planning in the Upper Valais region, preferably Zermatt
In case of personnel shortages, you will assist with installation assignments
You will also take on on-call duties requiring high personal responsibility and resilience

Your profile

You have completed a vocational training (e.g. automation, electrical, mechanical, vehicle, agricultural machinery, or industrial mechanics), are enthusiastic about technical contexts, and are willing to learn new things
You have an interest or experience in service and customer support
Your residence is in Upper Valais, ideally in the Mattertal / Zermatt region
You hold a category B driving licence
You have very good German language skills
An independent, reliable, and conscientious working style, as well as high flexibility and willingness to work in different regions, are no problem for you
