Role:
In this important role, you are responsible for the financial accounting of our Rocken partner and lead the finance team consisting of five employees. When it comes to strategic or conceptual questions, you act as a sparring partner in direct contact with the CEO and advise them on all finance-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- You manage the financial accounting of the Swiss company according to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS
- You are responsible for planning and executing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- You maintain contact with the auditing firm and act as the primary contact person for them
- You are experienced in preparing and developing reports, independently create evaluations and interpret them
- You are responsible for establishing and ensuring effective cash flow planning and cash flow forecasts
- You support and lead the team of five people in professional matters
- You actively participate in optimising accounting processes as well as in the further development of interfaces
Qualifications:
Completed further education in finance and accounting (Federal Diploma) or a university degree with a focus on finance
You bring several years of experience in managing accounting and a high level of confidence in financial statements
You have solid knowledge of MS Office and are proficient in using SAP
You possess a high degree of determination and assertiveness
Your interconnected thinking enables you to recognise relationships, identify weaknesses and optimise processes
