We are looking for a SOUS CHEF - 100% to start immediately or by arrangement at the Bernexpo site
Your tasks
- Support the head chef and deputise in their absence
- Work at various stations in à la carte, banquet and trade fair business
- Responsibility for production
- Support in staff management
- Ensure order and cleanliness as well as general cleaning duties
Your profile
- Completed professional training as a cook EFZ
- Several years of experience
- Good knowledge of German and English, additional languages an advantage
- Expertise in all stations
- Stress resistance: organised, independent and able to keep an overview even in hectic times
